What you will need:
2 mason Jars
3 cups of Candy corns
3 cup of Vodka
A coffee filter or paper towels
Measure out the candy corns and pour them in the mason jar (you can use less or more but make sure you use the same amount of candy as vodka)
Measure out the vodka and pour over the candy corn.
Secure the lid tightly.
Let sit until the candy corn dissolve. (at least 4 hours)
I let mine sit for a week! The longer you let it sit the stronger “candy corn” flavor you will have.
When the flavor is right for you and you are ready to drink, place a paper towel or coffee filter over the top of the new mason jar and slowly pour the contents into the new jar.
Decorate the mason jar with stickers and labels & looks pretty for a party or makes a perfect gift.
My sister got married this past weekend! She wanted to have a very small, vintage, “Edwardian/Downton Abby” style wedding. It turned out beautiful! I surprised her with a handmade brooch bouquet. Most of the brooches are from my Grandmother and I got the rest of the vintage brooches through Ebay. One thing that was really popular during the Edwardian era was the long ribbons and bows, so I made sure her bouquet had plenty of that! This is the first brooch bouquet I have made but I LOVED doing it! It was soo much fun!! I’m ready to do another one…who else is getting married…?? lol I have attached lots of pictures of all the details.
